FBA Indiana Prep FAQ’s

1. What is FBA?

FBA is an abbreviation for ‘Fulfilled by Amazon,’ which is a term used to describe the practice in which individual businesses or individuals provide products ready to be sold by Amazon.

2. Who uses your services?

FBA Indiana Prep works with businesses and individuals who are sourcing products to Amazon and want to outsource the tasks needed to prepare products for Amazon. We work with both private label/wholesale and online arbitrage sellers. Our Pricing page explains pricing for each type of seller.

3. What services do you provide?

FBA Indiana Prep takes care of all the processes essential for delivery to Amazon. This includes all receiving, inventory, packaging, labeling, and shipping. We take care of the preparation details so you don’t have to.

4. Why should I use FBA Indiana Prep’s services?

With years of experience prepping items for sale by Amazon, you can rest assured that your products will be accepted without any problems. Our location in central Indiana helps you keep shipping costs low.

5. How quickly can you get my products prepped?

FBA Indiana Prep has a 24- to 72-hour turnaround time, depending on the size of the order. We also request 72 hours notice before receiving your products.

6. What payment methods does FBA Indiana Prep accept?

We accept payment through PayPal, credit and debit cards, and wire transfers. Please note that an additional fee of 3% will be assessed for credit or debit card payments and that a flat fee of $20 will be added to payments by wire transfer.

7. Can you handle hazardous materials?

Yes, we have experience preparing hazardous materials.

8. Can you prepare products that come from outside the US?

Yes, we can. However, we cannot serve as the Importer of Record for your shipment. Larger shipping companies will sometimes take care of the customs and duties tasks. Otherwise, you will need to work with a customs agent.

9. Can you store my inventory?

Yes, we do provide storage options for products that we prepare. Our secure warehouse is located in a low-crime area for your protection and peace of mind.

10. Does FBA Indiana Prep have any restrictions on how products are received?

We will receive products via UPS, FedEx, or freight delivery at no extra charge. Shipping containers will be received and unloaded at a rate of $100/hour. We DO NOT accept liquidation lots.
